Store Policies & Procedures

Returns

We will joyfully accept all returns with a register receipt for full store credit only! A 25% fee will be charged for returns without a receipt at our discretion. Please note, we may not accept returns on any food products, produce or bodycare items in compliance with NJ Bill A3865.

Special Orders

We are happy to special order any product for you. We will call you when the product arrives and will hold it under our counter for 10 days unless other arrangements have been made. If we special order any product that we do not carry, we may require a 50% deposit. All grocery special orders are by the case only!

Requests

We are happy to write down any and all requests for products to stock on our shelves and we will have our buyers consider each product request. (However, this does not guarantee that we will stock each request).

Products on Hold

We will hold any item from our shelves and hold it behind the register for 24 hours for pick up.

Curbside Ordering

We are happy to offer curbside delivery at NO CHARGE and suggest that you be prepared with substitutions in the event we are out of product.

Delivery available upon request

We will deliver orders over $50 within a 10 mile radius of the store. Delivery time and date is at our discretion.

 

COVID-19 Cleaning Procedures

Steps Healthy Thymes Market is doing to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Daily cleanings of shopping baskets, door handles, pens, floors, etc.

Employee Temperature Checks Daily

Masks are required at all times while in the store

Hand Sanitizer available for all customers at the counter

 

The restroom is unavailable to all customers, please plan accordingly.
